Equestrian Poker Ride for Education
The first Equestrian Poker Ride for Education took place on August 1, 2015. Horseback riders explored the beautiful terrain of the Savannas Preserve State Park while having fun with their friends, enjoying lunch cooked by the Friends of the Savannas, and earning poker cards in hopes of having the best hand to win $100.
All proceeds benefit the Friends of Savannas and their mission to support the preservation, maintenance, and interpretation of Savannas Preserve State Park. The Savannas Preserve State Park Education Center is located at 2541 SE Walton Road in Port St. Lucie.
